Delivery times
Delivery times are around 5 working days from dispatch with order processing times being around 1 - 3 working days.
However, due to the ongoing global COVID-19 pandemic please allow up to 5 - 10 working days for delivery and up to 1 - 5 working days for processing.
Tracking information
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with your tracking number, you can use this to track your order at anytime.

COVID-19 & delays
For those experiencing delays we ask that you please be patient, COVID-19 is continuing to have a major impact on deliveries and shipping times. Every country and postal service is being affected differently so it is difficult to say if an order will be delayed or by how long. Please rest assured your order will be with you as soon as possible and we are always here to update you on your order. Also, as per our 'satisfaction guarantee' 'you will receive your order or a full refund' so if you think your order may be delayed or lost please do not worry, just get in touch and we will be happy to help.

Shipping items separately
We always try our best to combine your order into as few packages as possible, however, if you have ordered multiple items they may be separated into smaller packages for faster delivery and to reduce delivery costs. You will be issued with a tracking number for each package of your delivery so they can be tracked.

The Gift Finders is proud to offer a '100% Satisfaction Guarantee'. This means 'You will receive your order or a full refund. Also, if your item(s) is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item you are also covered for free returns. Please note orders are considered 'received' when marked as 'delivered' via the delivery company used, however, this does not apply if there is an obvious error - this is considered on a case-by-case basis.
Customs
Most of our orders are shipped from our UK office, however, on rare occasions, and only when delivery times can be improved, orders may be sent directly from our supplier(s) - in this unlikely event customs charges may occur. We are happy to cover these charges, up to the value of your order, via a partial refund. However, we are not responsible for any delays during customs checks as we have no control over this.
Missing or stolen parcels
We ask that you please be available to receive your parcel when it is out for delivery. If you cannot be there please contact your local post office, or ask someone to accept it on your behalf. We are not responsible for missing or stolen parcels if you are delivering a parcel to a shared place or flat whereby there are many residents. We are not responsible for delivery errors made by the postal service used, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout - although, we will contact you if we believe the provided address is not correct.
